An F3 tornado had came through my neighborhood and did considerable damage to my area recently. As many contractors and companies came through to quote prices and terms for repairs I was visited by Patrick Jordan representing Key Roofing. At first I thought this was going to be another case of how much it would cost for a full inspection and what the quote would be for repairs, but I was pleasantly surprised when Patrick offered a free inspection. Not only did they do a through inspection Patrick also took specific photos of the damage and provided detailed explanations of the damages and what steps that needed to be taken in order to prevent water damage from rain. Blessedly the damages my roof had taken were not as severe as I had first assumed and on top of that since the damage was relatively minor Patrick even offered to perform minor repairs free of charge. I was shocked to say the least, here they were offering a detailed inspection and going above and beyond to preform repairs that they did not have to do and free of charge on top of that. If this is how they handle customers when they don't have to go as far as they did and with such care and professionalism, then I'd only imagine the level of good work they would produce when endeavoring with fully paid work. I want to personally thank Patrick Jordan and Key Roofing for providing me with service above and beyond what the "had" to do, and I will definitely call upon them first whenever I do need work done in the future.
